One of the most common questions I get as a cartoonist is:

"How do you come up with your ideas?"

The obvious answer is I ate a lot of lead paint chips as a child. However, if you were one of those unfortunate infants who was not blessed with a crib made in China, there are other ways you can tap into your inner cartoonist.
